Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and select other countries/regions.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50USD (after discounts, before taxes).
Standard shipping fee applies for orders under $50 (calculated at checkout by destination).
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
6. Additional Notes
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather, peak seasons, or logistics carrier issues.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
